PARKS
Bucaramanga is nationally Known as the “City of Parks”, due to the great number of these recreation places that brings beauty and also have historic meaning.

García Rovira Park:
Placed downtown owes its name to an independence hero, placed to each side of it there is Santander’s Govern Building, Mayor’s Building, San Laureano’s Parrish, Los Dolores chapel and Luis Carlos Galán Civic square.

Palonegro International Airport

San Laureano’s Church
Is one of the older churches in the city, it’s baptism books dates since 1774, that means 4 years before the Bucaramanga’s Parrish raise. Placed in the 12th AVE with 37thST on one side of Garcia Rovira’s Park. It’s construction shows typical characteristics of the XIX century

Culture Municipal Center
It is the old named Gabriel Turbay Public Library. Under the Mayor Dr. Manuel Cote Peña Administration, was taken the decision of turn it into the Institute, with the goal to extend the possibilities of patronize the culture in the city Metropolitan area.
